About Me

Hi!  My name is Tamika. I'm so glad you took a moment to stop by and check out my website. I only got 4-6 min… so lets start! 

I grew up in Montana, but live in Virginia now, with my two kids and yorkie. I enjoy music (it speaks to the soul),traveling, reading, snowboarding, and most of all being adventurous. On my free time I love advocating for mental illness, mental health and volunteering. Most important giving back to the mental health community through my non-profit organization called Alter Ego.

I’m passionate about helping other people achieve success and figuring out what fulfills them. One year ago I decided what better way to bring people together by hosting events or helping the community, but the best part is getting the opportunity to connect with people.
